Once upon a time, in a vast jungle, a lion was peacefully sleeping beneath a tree.
A little mouse, curious and playful, was darting around when it accidentally ran over the lion’s paw.
The lion awoke with a frightful roar, trapping the mouse under his massive paw. “How dare you disturb my rest?” he growled.
Please, mighty lion,” squeaked the mouse, “if you let me go, I promise to help you one day!
The lion laughed at the thought of a tiny mouse helping him, but feeling generous, he let the mouse go. “You are free to go,” he said
Days later, the lion was caught in a hunter’s trap, unable to free himself from the thick net.
Hearing the lion’s roars, the little mouse rushed over and began gnawing through the ropes, bit by bit, until the lion was free.
The lion, amazed and grateful, said, “I underestimated you, little one. Thank you for saving my life.” From that day, the two became friends.
And so, the mighty lion learned that even the smallest creatures can be of great help. A true friend is always there when you need them.
