At Kidsgraphy, we offer digital products such as downloadable coloring pages, activity sheets, and other creative learning materials. Since these are digital items, once your payment is processed and the files are delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.
However, if you accidentally place a duplicate order (i.e., you are charged more than once for the same product), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at help@kidsgraphy.com with your order details. After verifying the duplicate transaction, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment only.
