The Little Red Hen - Story
Once upon a time, there was a little red hen who lived in a cozy farmyard with her friends, a lazy dog, a sleepy cat, and a noisy duck. One day, the little red hen found some wheat grains on the ground and had an idea to make some bread.
She asked her friends if they would help her, but they all refused, saying that they were too busy or too tired. So, the little red hen decided to do it all by herself.
She first planted the wheat in the field, watered it, and waited for it to grow. When the wheat was ready, she asked her friends if they would help her cut it, but they refused again. So, she did it herself.
Next, she asked her friends if they would help her take the wheat to the mill to grind it into flour, but they all said no. So, the little red hen did it herself.
After that, she asked her friends if they would help her mix the flour with water, but they all refused again. So, she did it herself.
Finally, the little red hen asked her friends if they would help her bake the bread, but once again, they all refused. So, she did it herself and pulled out a delicious smelling loaf of bread from the oven.
The little red hen was proud of her hard work and asked her friends if they would like to share the bread with her. But this time, they all eagerly said yes. However, the little red hen refused and said that since they didn’t help her, they didn’t deserve to share the bread.
